What happens after you report or remove someone

Edited

We receive the report right away. Reports from the flag icon and removals both reach our safety team automatically. Emails to safety@flow.club go to the same place.

A person reviews it. Every report is read by a member of our team. We look at the session record and, if you left context, that context. We may follow up with you for more information.

We take action in proportion. Depending on what happened, that can be a reminder of the guidelines, a restriction so the person can't join your sessions, or removal from Flow Club. Serious behavior skips the warning steps. The full process is in the Enforcement section of our Community Guidelines.

You stay anonymous. We never tell the person who reported them.

We can't always tell you the outcome. We can't always share details about another member's account and our enforcement actions. If you see the same person again after you've reported them, you can report them again.
