What should I set as my weekly goal?

“If you could only complete one project this week, which one would it be?”
“What task or project have you been avoiding that would feel great to finally start or complete?”
“Is there a big goal or deadline coming up that would benefit from steady, consistent progress this week?”
“What is a small habit you can perform daily that helps your mind and body feel lifted at the end of the day”
“What’s one thing you can do this week just for you, that would make you feel recharged, fulfilled, or ready to take on new challenges?”
