If you just want to develop a habit of joining Flow Club sessions because you feel more capable and in control when in Flow Club, you can set a weekly goal of Flow Club hours, without specifying a specific goal.

If you want help identifying a specific and worthwhile weekly goal, try answering one of these questions.

  • “If you could only complete one project this week, which one would it be?”

  • “What task or project have you been avoiding that would feel great to finally start or complete?”

  • “Is there a big goal or deadline coming up that would benefit from steady, consistent progress this week?”

  • “What is a small habit you can perform daily that helps your mind and body feel lifted at the end of the day”

  • “What’s one thing you can do this week just for you, that would make you feel recharged, fulfilled, or ready to take on new challenges?”
