Can't log in. "You already have an account..." error

If you believe you signed up for an account, but can't log in and are getting the "You already have an account associated with <email address here>", then something might have gotten wrong during the signup process.

This usually happens to attempted sign-ups within an in-app browser.

What is an in-app browser?

An in-app browser is a built-in web viewer inside an app that lets you open links without leaving the app. Instead of switching to your phone’s main browser (like Chrome or Safari), the app shows the webpage right inside it.

For example, if you’re using Facebook and click on a Flow Club link, it might open in a Facebook-branded browser rather than taking you to your regular web browser. This keeps you inside the Facebook app, and signups happening here can sometimes go wrong.

What can you do?

Please send an email to support@flow.club to get this fixed. In most cases, you will need to sign up again, preferably not from an in-app browser this time.
