How do I leave a Community Club?

To leave a Community Club, head on over to your Clubs and Hosts settings.

From there, you'll find the Clubs you've joined highlighted, like so:

Simply click to "deselect" the Clubs you wish to leave, scroll down, and click "Save changes."
