I am experiencing trouble with my video and/or audio

Flow Club relies on you being able to run video calls in your browser. If you are having issues with your video or audio, you may want to try the following things first:

  • Quit the browser application (eg Chrome), and restart it.

  • Close unnecessary tabs

  • Make sure you have given your browser permission to access camera and mic

  • Try opening an Incognito or Private window, just in case you have an extension interfering with it

  • Quit and restart your computer

  • Create a video room in this demo built using the same technology to see if you can get your video and mic working there
