Why did I get a "We missed you" email when I attended the session?

Here are two possibilities:

1) You booked a session while logged in, but when you joined, you joined from a different device or browser that's not logged in, so we didn't register your attendance. 

2) You booked two sessions that started at the same time and went to one of them without canceling the other one.

Next time, double-check to make sure you are logged in and don't have overlapping sessions!
