What are "chat-only" sessions?

Flow Club sessions have "check-ins" that happen at the start and end of each session. This is where the Host asks everyone their tasks, to keep them accountable. This generally happens verbally.
However, some users may not have a microphone, or prefer to just use the chat feature on the sessions (perhaps they're in a library, for example).
Therefore, we created a feature that allowed Hosts to run "chat-only" sessions. These sessions are always mic-off, and you cannot un-mute.
You can quickly spot "chat-only" sessions by their label on the Schedules page.
