I am not getting email or calendar invites

When you create or book a Flow Club session, we automatically send you an email and calendar invitation, which you can turn off (learn how to turn calendar invites off).

When you favorite a host, we send you an email and calendar invitation whenever your favorite hosts create a session, which you can also turn off (learn how to turn favorite host notifications off).

If you are NOT getting these email and calendar invites, please check the following:

  1. Please make sure emails from concierge@flow.club and favorite-hosts@flow.club are not in your Spam folder.

  2. If you are getting the emails, and not the calendar invites, please make sure that you approve concierge@flow.club or favorite-hosts@flow.club by clicking on "Add to calendar" or "I know this sender" from your email provider.

  1. If you use Google, we highly recommend connecting Flow Club to your Google Calendar, which allows us to add your sessions to your calendar directly, skipping over the email invite step.
